$60,000 base + uncapped commission

PGS360 is a family-owned 3PL that has specialized in health and beauty for over 37 years — kitting, fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation for prestige and indie beauty brands.

We'll help you find your own leads — brands outgrowing their current fulfillment setup — then you run the outreach and take them through discovery, scoping with our operations team, pricing, and close. You own the pipeline end to end.

What we're looking for

1–2 years of sales experience preferred
Comfortable with outreach and building a pipeline
A strong listener — this is a solution sale, not a transactional one
Self-directed enough to work remotely
Interest in beauty and consumer goods matters more than a logistics background, which we can teach
Occasional travel for trade shows and client meetings
